IPC Headquarters Named Best Corporate Workplace

The Blue Fin Building, IPC Media’s corporate building, has scooped both the regional and national awards for the best corporate workplace in the British Council for Offices Awards 2008. The Blue Fin Building saw off tough competition from BBC Scotland’s HQ, St James’s Place, the NFU Headquarters and the Innovate Green office.

Now in their 17th year the BCO Awards honour excellence in office spaces across a range of measures, including architecture and clever design solutions.

IVC Media were one of the company’s who were able to deliver some of these clever design solutions. IVC designed, built and installed their 10 floors of multimedia AV systems, which ranged from simple interactive meeting rooms to a 90 seat Screen Room / Auditorium.

IPC Media moved into its new headquarters in 2007. The Blue Fin Building is home to some of the most iconic brands in UK media, including NME, Country Life, Look, Marie Claire and What’s on TV.
